Where our equipment allows, we carry out your printing, embroidery and garment decoration in-house at twentytwo.
From club badges and sponsors to player names, squad numbers and initials, we can personalise your teamwear to suit your club, team or organisation.
Decoration options are also available directly on relevant products when ordering online.
Supplying Your Artwork
Artwork Requirements
We can convert many supplied images into workable artwork, but the better the original file, the better the finished result.
Where possible, please supply artwork as:
- EPS or other vector artwork
- CDR files
- High-resolution PDF
- Other high-resolution artwork where the above isn't available
Please avoid screenshots, small web images or heavily compressed files where possible.

Please include as much information as possible about what you'd like decorating and where you'd like the artwork positioned.

Decoration Prices
For the majority of standard teamwear decoration, our current prices are shown below. More complex decoration may require additional setup or production time, so please contact us if you're unsure.

Printing or Embroidery?
The best decoration method depends on the garment, the design and how the item will be used. Where necessary, we'll recommend the most suitable option.
Printing
Printing is ideal for many:
- Player names
- Squad numbers
- Sponsor logos
- Team names
- Multicolour designs
Embroidery
Embroidery provides a durable, premium finish and is commonly used for:
- Club badges
- Initials
- Team or company logos
- Training wear
- Jackets and outerwear
Decorating Your Own Garments
We may also be able to decorate garments that you've purchased elsewhere.
As a general guide, decoration of customer-supplied garments costs approximately £1 more per decoration type than our standard prices.
Please contact us before bringing or sending garments to us so that we can confirm whether we're able to decorate them.
June to October
During our busiest period, particularly June to October, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to accept externally supplied garments. Orders placed directly through twentytwo have to take priority.
Decoration & Lead Times
More complex decoration can take longer to produce, particularly where:
- New artwork needs preparing
- Multiple decoration positions are required
- Several colours are involved
- Embroidery files need setting up
- Large team or club orders are being produced
If you require your kit for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll advise what's achievable.
Check Your Personalisation Carefully
Before submitting an order, please check all personalised information carefully, including:
- Names and spelling
- Initials
- Squad numbers
- Sizes
- Colours
- Badge and sponsor options
- Decoration position
- Print or embroidery selection
Once an item has been personalised to the details supplied, it cannot normally be returned simply because the wrong information or size was selected.
Your statutory rights are not affected where an item is faulty, incorrectly produced or doesn't match the personalisation details you supplied.
