Why sizing matters
Junior players grow fast, and a kit that fits at the start of the season can feel tight by the winter break. The goal is a shirt with enough room to move and layer under — without being so loose it gets in the way on the pitch.
How to measure
Grab a soft tape measure and take two quick measurements over a t-shirt:
- Chest – around the fullest part, under the arms.
- Height – from the top of the head to the floor, shoes off.
Match those figures to the size chart on each product page. If your child sits between two sizes, size up — there is usually a base layer underneath during the colder months.
A note on matching squads
Where a whole team is ordering together, it is worth measuring every player at the same session. It keeps the numbering consistent and avoids a scramble for swaps once the box arrives.
Still unsure? Send us the measurements and we will recommend the best fit before you order.
